solid stay near dubai mall
large room clean room useful adaptor cool water
the location is good. the rooms was large and clean. the gym has good equipment. i got travel adaptors and washing powder which was very useful. fresh water bottles arrived every day. the pool water temperature was cool which i liked. breakfast had a great variety of dishes.
the hotel looks a bit worn. the furniture is dated.

the hotel sits right opposite a large mall. the center of town is nearby. it is also not far from the airport, the airport is about 15-20 minutes away which makes arrival and departure easy.

The hotel staff are really awesome. They always give out a five-star treatment. Breakfast chefs work well, especially Mr Stephen. There are three pools on site, quite large and spacious for all guests.
The standard room feel very small.

The hotel is conveniently close to a large shopping center. It is also close to notable buildings. The metro station is a ten minute walk from the hotel.

the hotel is located very close to the mall. a supermarket that operated all day was nearby. the staff was helpful .
the room i stayed in had thin walls. i could hear the conversation of people next door. the shower was not draining quickly enough and leaked across the floor.

The location allowed convenient access to key attractions. The provided breakfast offered a wide selection of options. I also found the tennis court to be an enjoyable amenity. Its availability enhanced my stay significantly. The staff were always ready to assist. The apartment size suited our family well.
I noticed that the decor looked somewhat dated. A refurbishment might improve the experience. This could be a consideration for future improvements.

location was amazing. hotel staff were nice. rooms were good. house keeping services were very nice also. wallet parking is amazing feature. i love it.
this is not really a five star hotel as advertised. it is more a four star. it could do with a makeover as it is looking tied and well worn.
